Do you need vaccinations?

Our Nurses can provide comprehensive travel health advice and arrange for appropriate NHS immunisations (non NHS vaccine will have to be sought elsewhere as we only offer NHS vaccinations). Please download or request a travel risk assessment form and also arrange an appointment for a travel consultation at least 8 weeks before departure. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks. If there are more than 4 travellers from the same family or young children travelling we may book further appointments separately.

If there is less than 8 weeks before your date of departure please attend a Private Travel Clinic for your vaccinations and travel health advice as we are unable to offer last minute travel advice.

Please note that we no longer offer travel health appointments at our branch site surgery, Ecclesall Medical Centre.  Patients registered at this site will be offered an appointment at our main site Upperthorpe Medical Centre.
