Your comments and suggestions are important to us, if there is anything you think we can improve on in terms of our service we would love to hear form you. Pop into reception or give us a call on 0114 2751010 and ask for it to be passed onto the practice manager. You can also let us know if you wish to be contacted back regarding the improvment.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

To pursue a complaint either...

1. Fill out our complaints form online here.
2. Give our reception team a call on 0114 2751010 who will complete a complaints form on your behalf.
3. Attend in person with your complaint written down with your contact details on.
4. Download a version of our form and hand it in at reception.

The practice manager will aim to get back to you as soon as possible.
